let's celebrate in Venice
Dearest friends,
As I reach another milestone after 40 trips around the sun, I'd love to take this opportunity to bring us all together for a fun weekend in Venice.
Everyone will have the opportunity for some individual / relaxing time.
Please let me know until December 15th if you can make it (RSVP below).

Friday May 9th

Logistics

We will probably travel by train, leaving Munich on 3.33pm on the 8th and arriving at 11pm in Venice.

I will probably rent a house for up to 12 people (close to here) that shall be the meeting point for the weekend – where everybody is welcome to hang out.

Please organise your accommodations individually. Let's aim at the San Marco / Accademia / Western Castello area to keep walks short (see map below).

Group activities, breakfasts, dinners and drinks will be organised by me – ideas are of course welcome.

There will be a What'sApp group soon for all who join, so we can all align / exchange on travel plans and other details.
Why Venice?
Venice holds a special place in my heart and is renowned for its stunning beauty and atmosphere. Early May offers a promising chance of sunshine. The city is conveniently accessible for everyone traveling from various locations – preferably by train :)
It may also be a nice place for you to extend the stay a bit.
Plus, we can enjoy the vibrant city life while also escaping to Lido for some relaxing time on the beach.
I am very much looking forward to this fun weekend :)
